c_04_pipeline_server_admin.RmdThe pipeline server is located in the S3IT Science Cloud and is accessible from within the UZH network.
To access it from outside the UZH network, it is necessary to use the UZH VPN, while the dashboard is accessible without the UZH VPN.
To manage the pipeline server instance itself, you have to connect to Dashboard of the S3IT Science cloud at https://cloud.s3it.uzh.ch/auth/login/?next=/. Normally, no interaction with the dashboard is necessary.
To add an additional ssh key to the instance, so that ssh access by other users is possible, you have to append the public ssh key to the ~/.ssh/authorized_keys on the pipeline server. After this, the other user will be able to login. See also the S3IT Training Handout.
NB: You can only set one key in the Dashboard per instance. If y9ou want to add more, you have to add them as described in this section!
